Meet Joy & Harriet.
I started Keep It Polished because I wanted somewhere that felt like a friend's flat, not a salon. Most days it's just me and one chair, with the kettle on and a candle going.
I work slowly on purpose. Cuticles get the time they need, gel goes on thin, and shape gets checked from every angle before we move on. The result is nails that wear well — usually three to four weeks for gel, longer if you're gentle with them.
Pricing is honest. There's no upsell and no surprise add-ons at the end. If you'd like a chat I love a chat — if you'd rather sit quietly with a podcast, that's just as good.
